Business Terms and Conditions of Union film Ltd.

1. How does the home-delivery service function?
   1. You can order goods online on this webpage or by sending an e-mail to obchod@terryhoponozky.cz.
   2. Your order is processed immediately after delivery and our Seller will contact you by e-mail in order to confirm the availability of selected items and to settle down all the details of your order.
   3. We charge shipping costs to the price of your order. Shipping charges are the responsibility of customer. Shipping charges:
      

      3.1 Deliverer: ZASILKOVNA (parcels within the Czech Republic only)

      1. Posters with shortest size up to 65 cm (i.e. maximalsize up to A1 size)
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – online payment 4 EUR
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 6 EUR
      2. DVD´s, Books + all other stuff (except the posters)
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – online payment 4 EUR
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 6 EUR

      3.1.1 Order combining posters and any „non-posters stuff“ according to rules of deliverer Zasilkovna a + b is shipped in two different shipments with double shipping charge.

      3.2 Deliverer: THE CZECH POST

      1. Posters A1 size and bigger
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – online payment 9 EUR
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 10 EUR
         • Parcel (Slovakia only) – online payment 10 EUR
         • Shipment other countries 22 EUR
      2. Posters A2 size and smaller with order total value up from 32 EUR
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – online payment 7 EUR
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 8 EUR
         • Parcel (Slovakia only) – online payment 10 EUR
         • Shipment other countries 22 EUR
      3. Posters A2 size and smaller with order total value under 32 EUR
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – online payment 6 EUR
         • Parcel (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 6 EUR
         • Parcel (Slovakia only) – online payment 10 EUR
         • Shipment other countries 22 EUR
      4. DVD´s, Books + all other stuff (except the posters)
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – online payment 4 EUR
         • Shipment (Czech Republic only) – Cash on delivery 6 EUR
         • Shipment (Slovakia only) – online payment 10 EUR
         • Shipment other countries 22 EUR

      3.2.1 Order combining posters and any „non-posters stuff“ according to rules of deliverer The Czech Post a + b + c + d or a + b + d or a + c + d is shipped in two different shipments with double shipping charge regarding to their shipping charge categories.

      3.2.2 Order combining posters and any „non-posters stuff“ according to rules of deliverer The Czech Post b + c + d or b + d or c + d is shipped in one shipment together with shipping charge regarding to b category.

2. Payment and purchasing terms
   1. In cash / personal purchase in Terry Posters shop, Vodičkova 31, Praha 1.
   2. By credit card / personal purchase in Terry Posters shop, Vodičkova 31, Praha 1.
   3. Please note that in case of personal purchase your goods should be picked up within two weeks after receiving the confirmation e-mail. When this period expires without picking up the goods, your items will be offered to other customers.
   4. By bank transfer to Union Film's account:

      Please do not forget to put the number of your order as a variable symbol of the payment – without this we won´t be able to identify your payment.
   5. Online payment with a credit card through the Paypal gate.
   6. GoPay service (more info on www.gopay.com)
   
   
   7. The purchase price is deemed paid when it is credited to Union Film's account, delivery of goods follows by return.
   8. In case of cash on delivery within the Czech Republic – you will be informed by Czech Post service and you will pay in cash when picking up the goods.

Returns

Confirming the order the customer (or the consumer) automatically makes a contract with the trader and accepts these Business Terms and Conditions.
Customer is notified to his e-mail adress about the contents of the package in advance before payment and receipt of delivery. According to customer´s order all eventual specifications are solved by electronical communication and always before the shipment.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or has a defect due to workmanship:

1. you can exchange it in person and without delay in Terry Posters shop (Vodičkova 41, Praha 1)
2. you can ship it back in form of standard package (not cash on delivery) to the address of the shop and be sure to include the reason for claim, your order number and exchange of goods/refund requirement.

New goods will be shipped to customer promptly and free of charge.

In other cases you can obtain the full amount payable on delivery only if the product is not damaged. According to item(s) returns the customer fully covers the postal charge.

In case of any disputes between the trader and the consumer that can´t be solved by reciprocal agreement the consumer can initiate a procedure concerning an out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute (ADR) which falls within Czech Trade Inspection Authority´s cognizance:

Ensuring that your information is safe

Personal information about customers is processed in line with the Act No. 101/2000 of Coll. about the personal data protection in the marketing database of the seller while fully respecting the obligations of the trustee as in §5 of the Act No. 101/2000 of Coll. The processed information is fully safeguarded by a functional system of data security.

DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO GDPR

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is only processed by Terry Posters shop (run by the company: Union film, s.r.o.) employees for the following purposes:

• order processing (claims included)
• answering your questions about our goods and services
• targeted offer of our goods (only if you have subscribed to newsletters)

Scope of processed data

We lawfully process only the necessary data to efficiently and reliably satisfy your orders

• name / surname
• e-mail address, telephone (including records of inaccessible, sold out or not offered goods at our e-shop from the field of film art – „watchdog“)
• delivery address, telephone (in case of mail)
• order history (for complaints and record-keeping purposes and for corporate statistical purposes)

We protect your personal data consistently and responsibly and do not legally disclose it to any other party.

Duration of personal data storage

We only process and store your personal data for as long as necessary, which varies according to the purposes of the processing. We keep your e-mail address for the duration of the Terry Posters e-shop. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the button at the end of each newsletter sent.
